When will you respond to my question?

We will endeavour to respond to all questions within 1 working day (Monday – Friday except Bank Holidays).

I live locally, Can I collect my item?

Yes, we do offer a collection service from our ‘pick up point’ and will try to accommodate customers wherever possible, However, please call 07970 863588 to arrange a mutually convenient day/time.

Please be aware that the ‘pick up point’ is not located at our warehouse, so you will not be able to view our stock.

Do you have a showroom?

No, we do not have a showroom for viewing or browsing our items. However, in exceptional circumstances we may be able to allow a choice from a selection, if advised in advance.

Can I have a VAT Receipt?

We are not VAT registered, so this matter isn’t relevant.

Can I pay by Cheque or Card?

Unfortunately, we do not accept Cheques or Cards. Payment can be made with either PayPal or Bank Transfer in advance, or by cash if collecting.

How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal & Bank Transfer in advance if being delivered, or cash on collection.

Where do you post from?

Our items are dispatched from near Chippenham, Wiltshire, United Kingdom.

How much does it cost to post to my country?

Do you offer International Postage?

No, we do not offer Postage Worldwide on the site, but if you contact us on the enquiry form, we will come back to you with a price.

How quickly will you despatch my order?

We aim to despatch either same day or next day, please bear in mind these are working days Monday to Friday and excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders despatched to Mainland UK can take around 3 to 5 days.
