By using the site, you accept the terms and agree to obey them. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.

3. Use of the Site

You have permission for temporary use of the site, but we can withdraw or change our service at any time without telling you and without being legally responsible to you.

You must treat all identification codes, passwords and other security information as confidential. If we think you have failed to keep confidentiality, we are allowed to disable any security information (including your passwords and codes).

In using our Website, You agree to follow our cookies policy and privacy policy.

If you allow anyone else to use our site, you must make sure that they read these terms first, and that they follow them.

Only use the site as allowed by law and these terms. If you don’t, we may suspend your usage, or stop it completely.

We frequently update the site and make changes to it, but we don’t have to do this, and material on the site may be out-of-date. No material on the site is intended to contain advice, and you shouldn’t rely on it. We exclude all legal responsibility and costs for reliance placed on the site by anyone.

If you order goods or services from us through the site, your order will take place under our Terms and Conditions of Supply, which you can read below from points 10 – 15.

If you share anything from our site, you must acknowledge that it is our content and that we have rights over it.

We don’t exclude legal responsibility for death or personal injury owing to our negligence, or legal responsibility for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else where exclusion is not allowed by the law.

6. Computer Offences

If you do anything which is a criminal offence under a law called the Computer Misuse Act 1990, your right to use the site will end straightaway. We will report you to the relevant authorities and give them your identity.

Examples of computer misuse include introducing viruses, worms, Trojans and other technologically harmful or damaging material.

You mustn’t try to get access to our site or server or any connected database or make any ‘attack’ on the site. We won’t be legally responsible to you for any damage from viruses or other harmful material that you pick up via our site.

7. Links to Our Site

You are allowed to make a legal link to our website’s homepage from your website if the content on your site meets the standards of acceptable use. We can end this permission at any time.

You mustn’t suggest any endorsement by us or association with us unless we agree in writing.

Links from our Site Platform to other websites are for information only. We don’t control them and don’t accept responsibility for other websites or any materials found upon them or any loss you suffer from using them.

9. Variation

We change these terms from time to time and you must check them for changes because they are binding on you.

10. Product Purchases By You On The Site

Any purchase of a Product or Products (termed a ‘Transaction’) made by you and available to you by us through hannahcarnegieart.com may require certain information from you relating to each Transaction, including without limitation your credit or debit card number or other payment account number, your billing and email address, your postal address or any other shipping information.

By commencing a Transaction, you warrant to us that you’re of legal age to enter into this Agreement, or if you are not, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into this Agreement and are therefore fully authorized and have a legal right to use the payment instrument which you intend to use to complete the Transaction.

Unless indicated otherwise, all purchases and Transactions which you make on the Site are subject to this Agreement.

11. Payment methods

Purchases for goods and/or services you make with expresscycles.co.uk may only be paid for using the payment methods we make available. All prices shall be shown in the applicable currency and payable in that currency. You accept that some banks may charge you an additional fee for certain transactions (for example, international transactions). You accept that item prices in the currencies displayed do not vary according to your location; delivery charges will vary depending on the destination to choose to have the item delivered. For delivery destinations within the EU prices include VAT or other sales taxes where applicable. For delivery destinations outside the EU, prices do not include VAT or other sales taxes.

12. Refusal of transaction

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by refusing a transaction or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

13. Delivery arrangements

Your shopping basket on the Site displays the goods you have chosen, and you will be provided with details of postage and packaging costs. The delivery costs vary according to the delivery methods chosen by you. Any delivery times quoted are in working days.

14. Import/Export regulations and duty

Any goods ordered from expresscycles.co.uk for delivery outside of Jersey may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

15. Returns

Please see our Returns Policy if you wish to discuss or organize a return, replacement or refund of an item purchased through the expresscycles.co.uk. Unfortunately some items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

16. Law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom. If any part or provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or other authority to be invalid and/or unenforceable under applicable law, such part or provision will be modified, deleted and/or enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these Terms and Conditions. The other provisions will not be affected.
